That's like a lily

I HATE HAVING TO WAIT FOR 40 because holy shit the spoiler caps! Amazing! I could be SUPER GAY for Akiko right now and no one could blame me, because she has bigger balls than half the dudes in this cast.

My thoughts at present, aside from the whining, is that I really love this series. It's fresh and new and it just feels classic, due in part to Shoutarou's delusions, but it's the way everyone just fits together. This is a beautifully put together cast. The backdrop is perfect. I have not been this in love with a detective agency since the Rescue Rangers, and son you better believe I was in love with Rescue Rangers. Ask me about my VHS tapes, do it, I still have them.

The things I do NOT like about W are few! And having to wait tops the list. Second only to Accel. His regular suit is balls-all ugly and I wish it didn't exist. Trial I am okay with! But not just Accel. Ugh. It's bulky and I would even call it tacky, and when he stands next to W, who is just plain sleek, it looks... well. Terribad.

I also hate the group henshin sequences, because Terui manages to RUIN THE MOMENT by being outrageously over-dramatic. I realize that "henshin" is two kanji (変身) -- MORE THAN ANYONE I REALIZE THIS, okay, it is tattooed on my neck -- but that does not mean you can drama llama the crap out of it, Terui. Every time the three boys go into henshin at the same time, it is always the same:

Terui: HEN...
Shoutarou & Philip (in unison): Henshin!
Memories (overlapping) Cyclone! Joker!
Terui: ... ... ... SHIN.

o9" he ruins my moments. Oh well. Maybe Akiko will hit him in the face with her slipper one of these days and it will bring me joy. Even more joy than the slippering in 40 SERIOUSLY SOMEONE GIVE ME THIS ALREADY.
